I want to extend my warmest of congratulations to Sarah & Pete. They've been struggling to get pregnant for some time now. She has a heart issue that is genetic that makes getting pregnant very hard on her. They took the IVF route and now they are blessed with twins!!! Her pregnancy will be high-risk but they are so excited. I am so very excited for them as well.
